settlement of a territorial dispute in 1902. |
The hairpin
road up to the ridge is only open a few month each
year and is closed after the
first snow fall of the season. |
Puente del Inca
is a natural stone bridge over the Rio Mendoza, 2720 metres above sea
level. The ruins of a thermal hotel can be seen. |
