Friday we visited Ambleside and Windermere for a bit of shopping and lunch and
then onto
Grizedale Forest to get off the ground at Go Ape. Click here

Go Ape is an aerial assault course with rope bridges, trapezes, zip slides and more ..... all in the trees!
