The Maldives Sept 2004

Two weeks in paradise! Vilamendhoo Island Resort in the South Ari Atoll.
900 metres long by 300 metres wide with beach and reef all round.

After our flight from the UK
to Male we took a short
seaplane ride to Vilamendhoo.
 No. 96 Beachfront
bungalow was our home with
its open air bathroom ....
 ..... and coconut palm trees galore between it and the beach
30 steps away.

Linzi spent the day in the sun reading and dozing and ...

 .. then when the day cooled down
a little she went jogging round
the island.
 Linzi did have a 40 minute resort dive and went down to 12 metres. 
 		 Next step PADI Open Water!
